▸ WR20 or WM10?The WR20 is water only with a 176 lb peak: the most natural feel and the hardest pull. The WM10 adds 32 magnetic levels for precise, repeatable load but peaks at 110 lb. Feel and power: WR20. Structured, dial-in training: WM10.
▸ Does it need a power outlet?No. The console runs on battery, so you can put the rower anywhere in the room.
▸ How do I fill it and does it need maintenance?Fill the tank once with tap water to the level you want (1.9–2.9 gal). It stays sealed; drop in a water-treatment tablet every few months to keep it clear. No draining between sessions.
▸ How loud is it?A soft rush of water on each stroke and nothing else. No fan, no motor. Apartment-friendly.
▸ How much space does it need?81.5 × 18.9 in in use. Folded in three it's 31.5 in long and stands against a wall.
▸ Does it track workouts?Yes. Time, distance, strokes and 500 m pace on the console; the KS Fit app syncs to your phone, Apple Health and Apple Watch.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 6 working days. Orders ship via FedEx or UPS, and tracking is emailed on dispatch. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
12-month limited warranty covering the frame, tank, resistance mechanism and console. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging; a 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Items delivered between 1 November and 31 December may be returned within 45 days.
