Quantity:
The largest treadmill in the range: a 1.75 HP motor, the widest running surface, a 300 lb capacity and NFC on an enlarged console.
What it changes
Bought once, not billed monthly. A US gym runs $40–70 a month, every month, whether you go or not. This is one payment, and it stays in your home.
The drive costs more than the fee. Two sessions a week is an hour in traffic and fuel you didn't plan on. Here the commute is the length of a hallway.
Your evenings come back. 6 a.m. or 10 p.m., twelve minutes or fifty. Nothing has to be booked, and nothing closes.
Built to outlast the payback. Optional protection from Consumer Priority Service picks up after the one-year manufacturer warranty, for up to six years of total coverage.

▸ Who is the X218 for?Runners who train seriously at home and want a full-size belt without a full-size machine. If you run under 7-minute miles, do long sessions, or are over 6 ft tall, this is the model.
▸ X218 or X25?Both carry 300 lb. The X218 adds 1.3 mph of top speed, a much larger belt (55 × 20 vs a standard deck) and NFC pairing, but weighs 135 lb versus 104. If you don't need the extra belt length, the X25 is easier to move and costs less.
▸ How much room does it need?Roughly 68 × 32 in with the handrail up, plus clearance behind. Folded, it's about half the length and rolls on large wheels, but at 135 lb it lives best in one place.
▸ Can I walk on it at a desk?Yes, with the handrail folded it runs in walking mode. Given the size, most owners park it and use the walking mode for warm-ups rather than under a desk.
▸ Does it have incline? No. The flat deck is what allows the double fold. For hill work, use speed intervals.
▸ Does it need assembly? No. It arrives folded. Raise the handrail, plug in and run. Two people are recommended for unboxing because of the weight.

Every X218 comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, electronic controller, main frame and console. The full terms are in our warranty policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Items delivered between 1 November and 31 December may be returned within 45 days. See our refund policy for the full terms.
You can add an extended protection plan from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), our warranty partner, when you order. It begins where the 12-month manufacturer warranty ends and can take total coverage up to six years.
Pick your term from the protection plan option shown with this product or in your cart. It is entirely optional, and the 12-month manufacturer warranty applies either way. Accidental damage is not covered by this plan.
Full-size belt — you're on it
KingSmith X218 — a gym-sized running surface on a frame that still folds twice.
The strongest motor and the longest, widest belt in the range mean you never shorten your stride to fit the machine. The trade-off: it is the heaviest thing here, so it stays where you put it.
If you're a heavier runner
KingSmith X25 — the same weight rating on a lighter frame that one person can roll away. Best if you want the capacity but need to move it. See the X25 →
If you train faster than an eight-minute mile
KingSmith X214 — enough top-end speed for tempo work on a much lighter frame. Best if you run quickly but comfortably under the weight limit. See the X214 →
If you want quick speed keys and phone pairing
KingSmith X21 — the lightest of the X-series, with the same NFC pairing on the console. Best if you train by intervals rather than at a steady pace. See the X21 →
If you run regularly and want the stronger motor
WalkingPad R2 — the entry into treadmills: a bigger motor than the walking pads and the slowest start speed in the range. Best if you run a few times a week and also want to walk at a desk. See the R2 →
