▸ Who should pick the R3 over the A1 Pro?Anyone who wants the widest walking surface. The R3 belt is 17.3 in; the A1 Pro is 16.3 in but rated for 300 lb versus 265 lb. Wider belt: R3. Higher capacity: A1 Pro.
▸ Can I run on it?No. The R3 Just Walk tops out at 3.7 mph. The R3 Hybrid+ has the same wide deck plus a handrail and 7.5 mph.
▸ Does the wider belt make it too big for a desk?No. Length is the same 47.2 in as the other pads; it's about 2 in wider overall. It still fits under a standard sit-stand desk.
▸ Is it loud?The brushless motor is a low hum at walking pace. Footsteps are the main sound; the optional floor mat reduces that and protects hard floors.
Free delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 6 working days. Orders ship via FedEx or UPS, and tracking is emailed on dispatch. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Every R3 Just Walk comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, electronic controller, main frame and console. The full terms are in our warranty policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Items delivered between 1 November and 31 December may be returned within 45 days. See our refund policy for the full terms.
You can add an extended protection plan from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), our warranty partner, when you order. It begins where the 12-month manufacturer warranty ends and can take total coverage up to six years.
